Maxime Taieb has addressed some of the most high profile cross-channel & marketplace retail challenges with a variety of product categories creating and improving their cross-channel activities in Europe. From now on, Maxime is part of Carrefour's e-commerce, managing a team whose mission is to improve the knowledge and the efficiency of the teams, the solutions & tools used for Carrefour France cross-channel activities. From these experiences, Maxime has developed expertise on the whole value chain of cross-channel commerce specifically on the mandatory deep connections and seamless interactions between all distribution channels. François joined eBay in 2013, first in charge of business development for France and Belgium. He is now in charge of all seller activities on eBay.fr, from acquisition to development. François is passionate about eCommerce and helping entrepreneurs get started online.
Romain’s current role is to develop BlaBlaCar footprint in France and in Benelux, filling-up with passengers every idle seat in every car that people are driving around. Before joining BlaBlaCar, Romain Fau spent 3 years at Webhelp, a BPO company, to improve the customer service experience of a leading French Mobile Network Operator. During his studies, Romain also launched and developed a start-up in the Internet advertising industry.
Prior to establishing Tactads, Romain worked at SponsorPay (now Fyber), a German startup specialised in game monetization as Sales and Ad operations Manager for France and then Sales Regional Manager for Southern Europe and LATAM.
Grégoire joined Facebook in February 2011 where he first helped create the very first EMEA SMB team in our Dublin European headquarters. He then focused on growing french biggest e-commerce advertisers on the platform before joining Facebook Paris to manage the retail vertical.
Grégoire holds a Master in B2C Marketing from Toulouse Business School.
Within the organization EMEA Oracle Applications, Roland Koltchakian is in charge of developing the supply Customer Experience and more particularly Oracle Marketing Cloud solutions for the French market. Roland has ten years experience in marketing applications and providing cross-channel campaign management solutions. Before joining Oracle, Roland Koltchakian was in charge of design, marketing applications, and managing loyalty programs for distribution within a specialized integrator.
After more than 10 years of experience in various positions related to e-commerce, Jérémie Cohen arrived as head of web and mobile at Auchan Drive in 2012. He is currently in charge of all of the changes made to the site as well as mobile applications Drive Auchan France. In this rapidly growing sector, the Drive is in the heart of transformation due to the habits related to the advent of tablets and smartphones within the customer journey and the challenge of cross channel that the Auchan group have begun to tackle.
Coming from a career in technology including IBM, HP, CISCO and Oracle , Eric Minard has dedicated over 15 years to the sale of software solutions oriented towards customers and consumers , including Siebel , Oracle, SAP . He is currently CEO for Southern Europe and the Middle East at SDL. Eric's various experiences of EMEA Management in these companies give in-depth knowledge of the customer relationship and digital business transformation.
Managing Director for myThings France since 2012, Eric Gueilhers use to work for Tech and Internet companies as AOL, PayPal or Acxiom since 10 years and was in charge of strategic business unit. His global knowledge of Digital Marketing, Media, Ecommerce, CRM and Payment give him a global perspective and understanding of Advertisers needs in a time of deep transformation of the Marketing which is now driving by the technology.
